  Plate number: T2484, Time: 8:29, Issue: extra charges and rude service. We had a service from Sydney International airport to Wolli Creek, only 5 mins driving literally. The taixmeter showed 16 dollars, but the driver charged me 24 dollars, he said the fee included e-toll fee. ok, well. Please show me where is the e-toll road from airport to Wolli Creek? I'm keeping the bank transaction as the evidence. Please give me an answer!!!

  I caught a GM Cab from Sydney Airport, I was verbally abused and my suitcase was thrown on the ground, damaging it. I'm not pressing charges, taxis aren in enough strife right now, but please avoid taxi T1208, particularly if you are a female. The story is: As we were leaving the airport the driver started complaining that after waiting so long at the airport my ride was too short, I told him that he could drop me back at the airport, he didn't need to take my fare and that after travelling for 2 days to get home I wasn't interested in his cab problems. When he dropped me off he told me that I should show more respect, I responded that I didn't need to hear complaints about the fact that this ride was too short for him, that I had paid a fare to be taken home. He said that it was ok that he had complained about the fare, he then got out of the car and took my bag out of the boot and threw on the ground, damaging it. I'm not pressing charges but this is the last time I get a taxi , any taxi home. The cab number was T1208 - please avoid, especially if you are a female.

  I caught a cab from Melbourne city to the airport and was charged $52.19 not once, but twice for the same one way journey! Since it’s the weekend I have not been able to contest the payment. Rest assured I will though.

  One of your drivers with the Rego T-1527 was ducking and weaving through traffic like he was high or drunk. It's lucky the police didn't see it or he would loose his licence for a while. You guys need to sort your act out, will never get a cab with GM Cabs

  If I could give this company a score of zero I would. Rude driver. Charged me an extra $5.09 with no explanation of why. Another time I had a driver who was too lazy to get out of the cab to help me with suitcases in the boot. Pathetic. These taxi companies are dinosaurs and I hope that more drive share companies come onto the market and put the traditional taxi drivers out of business.
