  The number of buses between car park and terminals is far too little during peak hours (6AM to 9AM and 6PM to 9PM). Be prepared to wait 40+ minutes for a non full bus to come. Staff is completely not sympathetic and just tells you to suck it up.

  Worst park and ride experience of my life. Bus took 45 minutes to show up between 7am and 8am (peak hour) and was packed with people like sardines in a can. Arrived at Blu Emu at 7:10, arrived at the airport at 8am. Could have walked the 2km trip in 25 minutes, and I would have had I known the little bus icons on the map that indicated a bus was coming were indicators of "out of service" buses too. Missed my flight and had to purchase another ticket at full price for a flight 3 hours later.

  Stay clear of Blu Emu, especially if you want to get to the airport within 45 minutes of arriving at the carpark.

  Typical airport ripoff. HUGE numbers of the green light empty space indicators don't register a car being parked in the space. Consequently you drive around for ages being directed by the empty parking bay signs to car parks that are full. Will this be fixed? Of course not! !! That would mean a much shorter parking experience and the absolutely EXORBITANT fees being charged by these RIP-OFF merchants would be reduced. An absolute disgrace. A letter will be going to Consumer Affairs.!

  Corporate greed at its best. Reduce costs by cutting buses and at the same time increase parking fees because people have no other choice.

  For domestic it is excellent. Quick busses and the live screens show you exactly when the busses will arrive.

  Kind of curious as to the name of this place. Why Blu Emu? To me it smacks of blue moon, as in use it once in a blue moon.

  I had my car parked here for a weekend and it was great. Frequent buses to and from the terminals and plenty of bus stops throughout the parking area. Must also say a massive thank you to the bus driver who picked me up and took me back to my car after I left something behind and the one who picked me up after. They were both very pleasant and helpful, would definitely recommend this car park and service!
