  The after service however was not as good when they claimed they didn't receive the deposit which was required to confirm the booking and tried to get more money when the remaining balance was paid full in cash (and they didn't want to provide me with a receipt of the cash payment when money was exchanged).

  The guys worked tirelessly to get my belongings out of storage and then up 3 flights of stairs. Wrapped and padded everything very well. Appreciate the job they. Ironically they do however lose a star due to asking me to write a review on the spot, when I declined to do it on the spot I got a missed call only an hour later after the move and then also a text the next night at 11 30pm to write the review. My advice; Trust your customers will be happy and will do it when they are ready! Don't text them at all hours!

  Singh and Deep did a great job. Quick and careful. Polite. Difficult job with heavy fridge and wash machine down three flights of stairs. Lots of open boxes with no complaints. Good job. Thanks. Arriving three hours late was an office issue, but the guys were good.

  Worst service ever! We moved from Baulkham Hills to Newtown & throughout the whole process from pick up to delivery, the 2 removalists dropped things, broke things & swore, they were so disgusting. I called, emailed repeatedly to the head office to be compensated for our broken items to no avail! Do not use this company, they are dishonest & there customer service is appalling!!!

  Money, Malik and Sam were fantastic - very efficient and packed everything with great care. Very nice guys as well - would definitely recommend!
