    They are also prone to cutting the wrong key, and their locksmith, Justin, will insist in the customers deliver the wrongly cut key back to them, before they are willing to cut the correct key. I worked 6 days a week which was why I paid for delivery in the first place. His logic in having the customers paying for their mistakes is revolutionary. Also don't treat your customers like idiots Justin, accept responsibility or utilise some logic when reading key authorisations. I ended up with a key I didn't order for and paying for the key, plus delivery, I ordered for twice.

    The locksmiths have completely no regard for customer service. They 'forgot' to cut my key the when it was ordered so it could not make the same day delivery deadline that I had paid for, making me wait over the weekend before I received my key.
