  Bad customer service from a gentlemen named Jon. He was outright unhelpful and blunt. Long story short, we asked for a replacement for a glass phone screen protector which he damaged after repeated attempts to apply. He did not offer any compensation and when we asked if he could replace it with another one seeing as he damaged the first one, he replied "Absolutely Not!" He then asked us to pay for another one if we wanted the problem to be fixed. What an absolute disgrace! Not happy! To the manager of Tech2Go Sydney, is this the sort of reputation you want? This Google review is visible to the world thankfully.

  Nice place, wide selection. Bit pricey which is why it doesn't get 5 stars, but staff are helpful and friendly, had a nice chat with a young lad there, he helped me pick out a comfortable earphone for my ears.

  Don't expect them to own faulty products. Tried to return broken headsets 4 months after purchase, 2 months after breaking. Not really convenient to be able to return at airport, so delayed too long. But only accept within a month. Disgraceful. Poor attitude from the business (not the person's fault working there). But seriously. $50 headset recommended by the sales person. Earpiece comes apart. Feeling ripped off tech2go. I reckon you've set it up expecting no one could be bothered. But two months' use is dreadful.
