  I got a hilux ute and every single time I go there the machine stops while washing my car. They have to push my car through it by hand. The ute comes out of it dirty, almost the same way it was before the washing. Piece of rubbish. They don't give your money back neither let you go through it again. Waste of money.

  Usually quick to wash your car is you do it yourself. The machines usually do a poor job

  Bulshit “ultimate wax” $20. If u spend more than $7 or $8 with imo for auto car wash, I’m sure you will be disappointed.

  Everytime i go there something is broken, staff vary from being helpful. Went there tonight and an employee was washing his car in the salf was bays waited behind him as all the others were being used, then he takes his key out and turns that was bay off. Go the other now empty wash and its turned off aswell, 1 wash remained active. Things are always broken and or not working at all, very over priced for detailing, but the automatice wash is decently priced

  I took my car there a month ago then got scratches all over on the bottom of my car. I have got a fairly new car so the scratches are really visible. Considering they have an official complain form handy, they do get these complains a lot. Called fair trading for this, now they are chasing it.
