    I was told by the counter staff that the cost of upgrading is much cheaper compared to renting chain. I later found out that this was not true. I ended up paying AUD987.2 which is far more than my original booking and the breakdown of cost was not clear with a lot of hidden cost not being explained to me.

    Upon arrival and collecting car at the airport counter, I was told to upgrade from a normal Nissam Pulsar to a SUV because of snow condition.
