  Rent car twice here. Staff are attentive. Very small and limited choices of car but it is just good enough.

  All good with the car and other staff, except for one in Sydney Mascot branch Frank, totally not patient and find fault with you at all time, complaining how busy he was and dump you there.

  Although there was a bit of confusion at thw beginning because we couldn't reach them from the airport and their line was down for a few minutes, once we arrived to their office which is a quick 5-7 min drive from international arrivals.We had a wonderful experience with the staff and their service. They were very friendly and patient, we got a lovely car and were lucky to get a free upgrade. So, thank you! We'll definitely come back to them next time :)

  I wish I could give them one star. Terrible instructions. Car broke down.. had to call NRMA. Atlas have not returned my money or 1000 dollar bond 3 days later. Scam artists. Do not hire from them.
