  Claimed that they have a full size SUV but 5 seater only, the problem is when I got the car it was a Mitsubishi Outlander which is not a Full size but a mid size SUV. I also bought an insurance when I reserved through hotwire but they won't honor it and hold my credit card for $1,000.

  Won't upgrade me for their mistake and has a lot of miscommunication between Sixt and East Coast car rental and want me to cancel my reservation and look somewhere else... Something you won't do with a lot of luggage from the airport with kids and family in tow and getting a reservation on the same day is nearly impossible and if you find one more than $1,000 for a week but they don't care.

  Sixt doesn't have their own company company in Sydney, Australia but has a sub contract with East Coast Car Rental. I originally reserved a Full size 7 seater car but they won't honor my reservation.

  Bottom line is don't put a paying customer in a weird situation on the day of pick up and you are trying to blame me for your own mistake. I reserve a 7 seater give me one. If you don't have one don't advertise it. Bait and switch scheme. Never again!
